.DISCUSSION...On the back side of a ridge over Colorado, the burn
will be under a dry and quite unseasonably warm airmass today and
tomorrow. Winds will be generally light out of the south today,
increasing slightly tomorrow as a Pacific storm system moves
onshore over California. Clearing indices will be well above 500
both days.
