.DISCUSSION... For both today and tomorrow, PoPs remain near-
negligible at the wildfire in the afternoon hours as moisture
quality continues to diminish. As of 0740, southwesterly winds
generally less than 10mph have been observed, though gusts have
already begun to increase to around 20 to 25mph. This is in agreement
with the forecast as winds at the wildfire will generally be out
of the southwest seeing winds begin to increase in speed around
0800-1000. Elevated winds out of the southwest will persist
through 2100-2200 before lightening up and becoming terrain
driven overnight. The same pattern looks to continue tomorrow with
winds increasing out of the southwest around roughly the same
time.
