Spot Forecast for Colonial Heritage Festival...USBR

.DISCUSSION...Periodic showers will impact the festival this
morning. While the highest threat of thunderstorms this afternoon
is expected to remain east of the area, isolated showers and
thunderstorms will impact the Festival area through the afternoon
and evening. Showers will continue through the overnight period,
with a 10 percent chance of lightning. After a relatively quiet
morning for the 4th, isolated showers and thunderstorms are again
expected during the afternoon and evening.

Winds may become gusty and erratic near any thunderstorms both
days.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (85-95 percent cloud cover) then
                    becoming partly cloudy (60-70 percent cloud
                    cover). Scattered showers this morning, isolated
                    showers and thunderstorms this afternoon.
Chance of pcpn......50 percent.
Chance of lightning.20 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 90.
Surface winds (mph).South to southeast winds 5-15 mph. Winds may be
                    gusty and erratic near any thunderstorms.
