.DISCUSSION...A cold front has passed through the northern Wasatch
Front, with associated heavy rain and thunderstorms expected to
continue through around 8 PM. Thunderstorm chances quickly wane after
8 PM, though heavy rain is expected to linger through around 10 PM.
Winds remain gusty out of the northwest through around 8 PM, before
gradually decreasing through the remainder of the night.

.REST OF TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (90-100 percent cloud cover) then
                    becoming partly cloudy (60-70 percent cloud
                    cover). Rain showers and thunderstorms likely
                    in the evening, then chance of rain showers and
                    slight chance of thunderstorms overnight.
Chance of lightning.60 percent through 8 pm, becoming 20 percent
                    between 8 and 10 pm.
Surface winds (mph).North winds 10-15 mph with gusts to 30 mph through
                    8 pm, becoming lighter 4-9 mph thereafter. Winds
                    become south 3-5 mph after 3 am.
