.DISCUSSION...Scattered showers will increase in coverage through
the afternoon, with an increasing chance for thunder/lightning
after 1500 as the atmosphere destabilizes with the partly cloudy
skies observed on satellite currently. Showers will likely
continue through the evening (through at least 2100). Any
thunderstorm may be capable of producing gusty outflow winds up to
around 25-35 mph.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (30-40 percent cloud cover)
                    becoming mostly cloudy (65-75 percent cloud
                    cover) after 1500. Scattered showers and
                    thunderstorms through the day and likely through
                    the evening.
