If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION...Moisture will continually increase through the overnight hours, bringing a chance of light rain showers. For Wednesday, a cold front will push into the southern Salt Lake valley from the south to southwest through the late morning hours. Expect rain showers to increase in coverage and intensity as this boundary moves over the burn area, alongside a shift in winds to the southwesterly direction. The strongest winds of the day (outside of any outflow winds) should be anticipated at the time of the frontal passge. The current most likely time of arrival of the shifting winds will be between 1100-1300. Area showers will continue through much of the daytime and overnight hours heading into Thursday, with snow mixing in at times. Little to no snow accumulation is expected over the burn. Much cooler temperatures and higher humidity will prevail through Thursday alongside a continued chance for area rain showers. .TONIGHT...
