.DISCUSSION...Drier and more stable conditions will spread into
the area today under weak high pressure. This will result in
light winds along with lower clearing index. Tomorrow, a very weak
weather disturbance will cross southern Utah in the afternoon.
This is not epxected to produce measurable precipitation, but
cannot rule out some flurries mainly during the afternoon. While
winds increase slightly, this will make little difference for
mixing. Expect to see somewhat better mixing for Wednesday as the
next cold front pushes a cold front into the area. This is not
expected to bring significant moisture to the area, but small
amounts of measureable precipitation (less than 1 inch of snow)
will be possible.
