The Forsyth burn scar in... Central Washington County in southwestern Utah... * Until 1015 PM MDT. * At 712 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Forsyth Burn Scar. Up to 0.2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving off the burn scar, including Forsyth Creek, Rock/Pole Canyon, areas within the USFS lands, and the Santa Clara River.
