...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6
  to 8 ft.

* WHERE...Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to
  19.5N and Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix
  south to 17N.

* WHEN...Until noon AST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  5 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM,
  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between
  Anegada Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM and Coastal
  waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
  just north of Culebra and Saint John.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM AST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small Craft Should Continue to Exercise
  Caution after 6 PM AST due to seas up to 6 ft. Future Small
  Craft Advisories might be issued for Friday.
