...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM AST MONDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to
  19.5N, Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM, Mona
  Passage Southward to 17N and Coastal Waters of Northwestern
  Puerto Rico out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM AST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
