TUESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt,
  increasing 20 to 25 kt on Tuesday, and seas 6 to 8 ft.

* WHERE...Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to
  19.5N and Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix
  south to 17N.

* WHEN...Until midnight AST Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between
  Anegada Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM AST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...Stronger winds between 20 and 25
  knots are expected to return on Tuesday across the Caribbean
  waters, and a new Small Craft Advisory will be required.
