...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS...

At around 1020 PM AST, Doppler Radar indicated a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over the western offshore Atlantic waters and slowly
moving and spreading eastward. This activity is forecast to reach
the Mona Passage and nearshore northern water during the
overnight hours. This cluster of strong thunderstorms is capable
of producing winds to around 20 to 30 knots, with higher gusts,
and frequent lightning.
