  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

At 932 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent lightning. These
thunderstorms were located over mainly areas of the Mona Passage and
the northwest offshore Atlantic Waters, These thunderstorms were
nearly stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
