...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE COASTAL WATERS OF NORTHERN
PUERTO RICO...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 519 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent
lightning. This thunderstorm was located over the coastal waters of
northern Puerto Rico, just west of the San Juan metropilitan area,
moving west at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
