...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE COASTAL ATLANTIC WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 1031 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located just offshore of San Juan. The thunderstorm was nearly
stationary. Waterspouts cannot be ruled out.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
