            At least a dozen tents were damaged due to
            strong wind gusts at PR-305, km 2.2 in
            Lajas. These tents were part of an
            Agricultural Festival that was to be held
            there from July 4th to July 7th. Outer
            rainbands from hurricane Beryl reached the
            area promoting squally weather during the
            morning of July 2nd. The damage to the tents
            and saturated soils due to rainfall forced
            the managers to start the festival on the
            5th.
