Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. .Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across northwestern offshore Atlantic waters. Hazardous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone particularly western, northern, eastern PR, Culebra, and Vieques. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday An increase in moisture is expected today as a pre-frontal trough approaches the area from the west. Improving weather conditions on Friday. Afternoon thunderstorm development is expected each day over western PR through the forecast period. Life- threatening rip currents will continue through much of the forecast period across the western, north, and east- facing beaches of PR, Culebra, and Vieques. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
