Urban and small streams flooding is possible. .Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across the Atlantic waters. Hazardous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone particularly along the northern exposed beaches of Puerto Rico and Culebra. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday A frontal boundary will push across the region on Friday with isolated to scattered showers, then a drier pattern will persist through early next week. Hazardous marine and coastal conditions will persist through the weekend across the Atlantic waters and northern beaches due to a long period swell spreading across the local waters and passages. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
