Urban and small streams flooding is possible. .Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across regional waters and local passages. Hazardous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone particularly along north-facing beaches and Culebra. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday A short-wave trough is expected to arrive late this weekend, enhancing shower activity and increasing flooding potential along portions of eastern and western PR, Vieques, and Culebra. Breezy conditions due strong trade winds to prevail for the next several days. Hazardous seas over regional waters and local passages for small craft, and life-threatening rip currents over north-facing beaches. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
