Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes. Localized life- threatening flash flooding entering structures and cutting off neighborhoods, especially in flood prone areas. .Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around. .Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 10 feet across the Atlantic waters and local Caribbean waters, including the Mona and Anegada passages. Dangerous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone, particularly across Atlantic-facing beaches of Puerto Rico and Culebra. Large breaking waves will result in localized beach erosion and dangerous swimming conditions. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday A trough of low pressure, with a low formation chance, will continue to stream across the region on Friday. As a result, the potential for flooding rains, hazardous seas, high risk of rip currents, and localized gusty conditions will continue over the next few days. Warm conditions will return at times. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
