.DISCUSSION...
Winds will persist from the southeast up to 10 mph in the
morning hours increasing up to 12 mph during the day. RH values
will remain in the mid to upper 60s during most of the day under a
mostly stable weather pattern. Soil conditions remain slightly
saturated due to previous rains, however, given the current
pattern there is a low to moderate risk of fire danger threat.
