Steering winds from the east to northeast will favor afternoon
shower development over southern coastal plains of Puerto Rico.
Therefore, relative humidities should not drop significantly
across the south-southwest coastal plains. Wind speeds should not
exceed critical fire weather thresholds today. In general, a low
fire danger continues across the area.
