.DISCUSSION...
Wetting rains were observed yesterday over west to southwest PR,
and over southeast PR during the overnight hours (currently moving
towards south-central PR). RH values today are forecast in the
mid to upper 50s, and higher, along the southern coastal plains.
Winds will be light to moderate from the east-southeast,
increasing during the weekend. Given the expected conditions, the
fire weather threat will remain moderate for today.
