.DISCUSSION...
Sunny to partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions are expected in
general across the southern coast of Puerto Rico and portions of
the islands today. Wind speeds are forecast to range between 18
and 24 mph with gusts near 30 mph and higher at times. The
relative humidity is expected to drop near 50% along the southern
sections. However, the KBDI values remain below fire weather
thresholds. Therefore, the fire danger threat remains low for
today.
