...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM AST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excess runoff.

* WHERE...Along Rio Blanco in Naguabo.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding., particularly along PR-31. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 433 PM AST, Emergency management reported that PR-31
    continues impassable. However, USGS sensors indicate that
    water levels from Rio Blanco continue to diminish and is
    already below flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
