...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM AST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by previous excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Along Rio Grande de Manati in Barceloneta and Manati.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1056 PM AST, gauge reports indicated that Rio Grande de
    Manati has reached minor flood stage. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
  - Flooding along PR-2.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
