.As Hurricane Erin continues to move away from the islands, remnants
moisture will continue to bring showers and thunderstorms across the
islands. We are expecting 1 to 2 additional inches, with isolated
amounts up to 4 inches possible. Conditions will gradually improve
by tonight.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...All of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
