.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
The interaction of the weak high pressure system over the western
Atlantic and Hurricane Kirk across the Central Atlantic will promote
light to gentle north to northeast winds. A combination of north to
northeast long-period swells will continue to spread across the
regional waters through the rest of the weekend, generating
hazardous seas.
