.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A pre-frontal trough will promote light winds today. A surface high
pressure system over the western Atlantic will continue to push the
remnants of a frontal boundary across the region over the next few
days, leading to increased showers and thunderstorms across local
waters. Increasing winds and a weak northerly swell will likely
deteriorate marine conditions by Sunday.
