.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
The interaction of the weak high pressure system over the western
Atlantic and Hurricane Kirk across the Central Atlantic will continue
to promote light to gentle northeast to east winds across the regional
waters. A combination of north northeast long- period swells will
continue to spread across the regional waters through early Monday,
generating hazardous seas.
