...Patchy dense fog spreading westward and northward across
portions of west central Texas this morning...

Satellite images and surface observations indicate that patchy
fog...some locally dense...continues to develop further west and
north across portions of the northwest Hill Country and the
Heartland into portions of the Big Country this morning.
Visibilities will be reduced to less than a mile in general with
isolated areas a quarter of a mile or less in locally dense fog.
