* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 8 to 15 degrees expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
  exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
