the RH value is 80 percent. RH values will drop to around 50
percent by 10 AM, around 33 percent by noon and reach a minimum
around 21 percent by mid afternoon. Expect RH values to steadily
climb through the evening hours. Expect south winds around 10 to
12 mph this morning, with higher gusts. A cold front will move
through the area late this morning into the early afternoon hours,
resulting in gusty north winds of 10 to 20 mph. Expect a high
temperature around 95.
