...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM CDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of Tom Green County including the city of San
  Angelo.

* WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 259 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen in
    the past three hours.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Angelo, Lake Nasworthy and Twin Buttes Reservoir.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Howard and Webster, College Hills and Millbrook, 300 block of
    North Archer, 1500 Block of Spaulding, Parkwood and
    Lindenwood, Sul Ross At Red Arroyo Crossing, and Huntington
    and Sunset.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
