Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 259 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen in the past three hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Lake Nasworthy and Twin Buttes Reservoir. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... Howard and Webster, College Hills and Millbrook, 300 block of North Archer, 1500 Block of Spaulding, Parkwood and Lindenwood, Sul Ross At Red Arroyo Crossing, and Huntington and Sunset. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
