Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Up to an inch of rain will quickly fall in the advisory area, which may cause urban and small stream flooding, particularly in the Brownwood and Early areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brownwood, Early, Bangs, Blanket, Camp Bowie, Zephyr, Brookesmith and Owens. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
