...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, San Saba.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 110 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms from Elm Grove to Locker and Spring Creek,
    moving east at 35 mph. This will cause arroyo and small
    stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Skeeterville, Elm Grove, Spring Creek and Locker.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    crossings along County Road 246 and crossings along County
    Road 244.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
