...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, Throckmorton.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 147 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Throckmorton, Woodson, Elbert, The Intersection Of Us-183 And
    Us-283, The Intersection Of Us-380 And Highway 222, The
    Intersection Of Us-283 And Ranch Road 209 and Lusk.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    lake crossing Kings Creek, crossings along County Road 374,
    crossings along County Road 376, crossings along County Road
    334 and Hill crossing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
