...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Coleman, Crockett, Schleicher and Sutton.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and
  rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms will continue across the Concho
    Valley and Edwards Plateau this morning and continue into the
    afternoon hours. Heavy rainfall is expected, with 3 to 5
    inches likely across the watch area. Localized amounts of 6
    inches or more are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
