...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CADDO AND WEST
CENTRAL BOSSIER PARISHES AND SOUTHEASTERN HARRISON AND SOUTHEASTERN
MARION COUNTIES UNTIL 315 PM CST...

At 239 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Waskom, or 10 miles east of Marshall, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Marshall, Blanchard, Benton, Oil City, Mooringsport, Hosston,
  Belcher, Gilliam, Scottsville, Caddo Lake, Bethany, Leigh,
  Jonesville, Dixie and Cavett.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
