...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL LA SALLE AND
EASTERN GRANT PARISHES UNTIL 845 PM CDT...
At 811 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles west of Midway, or 26 miles southeast of Winnfield, moving
south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pollock, Dry Prong, Fishville and Bentley.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
