...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL DE SOTO AND
NORTHWESTERN RED RIVER PARISHES UNTIL 645 AM CDT...

At 616 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles northwest of Coushatta, or 14 miles east of Mansfield, moving
west at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Mansfield, Coushatta, Edgefield, Grand Bayou, Crichton, Carmel and
  Loggy Bayou.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

weather conditions.
