...BLACK ICE REMAINS POSSIBLE AGAIN TONIGHT ON AREA ROADWAYS...

A snowpack remains across McCurtain County Oklahoma, Sevier &
Howard Counties in Arkansas, and extreme portions of Red River
County Texas. Any remaining water and slush on area roadways in
these locations will refreeze tonight as temperatures drop below
freezing. This will lead to very hazardous driving conditions as
widespread black ice forms.

Be sure to check road conditions before traveling in these
areas. If driving overnight through Monday morning, please remain
alert for icy spots on area roadways, especially bridges,
overpasses, and most secondary roads. Slow down and allow plenty
of extra time to reach your destination. Temperatures are expected
to climb above the freezing mark again by late Monday morning.
