miles north of Strong, or 14 miles northwest of Huttig, moving west
at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

  Strong, Calion, Urbana, Lawson, Hillsboro, New London, Pigeon Hill
  and Lockhart.
