Little River summary of SE Oklahoma and SW Arkansas:

The Little River near Idabel just crested at 18.3 feet early this morning, with
slow rises continuing downstream at Horatio through this afternoon as it crests
near 14 feet. Slow falls are expected across the Little River basin through
Friday, although additional rises are possible this weekend as additional rains
overspread the area Friday night and Saturday.
