This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Above normal temperatures will return to the region today, with highs
in the low to mid 90s. However, heat index values will remain below
the 105 degree Heat Advisory criteria. Otherwise, no hazardous
weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Upper level ridging will keep quiet conditions across the region
through early next week. Although no hazardous weather is expected,
the ridge will allow for above normal temperatures to return to the
region, with highs in the low to mid 90s. Despite the warm temperatures,
heat index values should continue to stay just below the 105 degree
Heat Advisory criteria. Widespread rain chances are forecasted to
return on Tuesday and Wednesday next week, as a cool front moves into
the region.
