Dry conditions will continue through this afternoon as minimum RH values will drop into the 35-40 percent range in North Louisiana. 20 ft winds will be light from the east southeast at around 5 mph. Cloud cover and moisture will increase initially today across East Texas. Farther east, clouds will eventually increase this evening and overnight. Widespread rain, heavy at times, will move across the area on Tuesday and continue through Tuesday night, providing another 2 to 4 inches of rain with some isolated higher amounts.
