A surface boundary to the north will keep low clouds and a chance for patchy fog a possibility this morning, although trends in winds makes fog development in the area look unlikely. Low clouds will persist through much of the day and scattered storms could pop up around the burn area through the morning. But an organized line of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the area around midday. This line will help keep the min RH above 65% and max mixing heights limited to around 3500 ft. After the initial line moves through, some more scattered storms may develop in Northeast Texas that will continue into the overnight hours. Rain chances will likely continue for the next several days due to a disturbed upper-level pattern. .TODAY...
