.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible today through
early this evening mainly north and east of a line from
Clarksville TX, to Shreveport LA, to Lufkin TX. Thunderstorm
coverage should be somewhat spotty, and widespread wetting rains
are not anticipated, but the best rain chances should be across
portions of Southwest Arkansas. More showers and thunderstorms
will be possible across portions of Louisiana and East Texas south
of Interstate 20 during the day Monday. Hot and humid conditions
are expected to continue for much of the upcoming work week,
especially after Monday.
