.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms look to again increase in coverage
from the northwest early today, spreading east and dissipating
by mid evening. Severe weather is not expected, but
brief locally heavy rainfall and a few rumbles of thunder are
possible across all fire districts today. Minimum relative
humidity values will be in the 50 to 60 percent range, while
mixing heights climb to between 2000 ft west and 6000 ft
northeast. Southerly winds will remain fairly light, with
sustained speeds of less than 10 mph expected throughout,
aside from possible isolated gusts in the vicinity of storms.
