...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Arkansas, including the following
  counties, northern Columbia, southeastern Hempstead, Lafayette,
  Miller and southern Nevada.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 653 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Texarkana, Magnolia, Stamps, Waldo, Lewisville, McNeil,
    Fouke, Buckner, Garland, Willisville, Canfield, Smithland,
    Genoa, Macedonia, Mandeville, Brightstar, Ravanna, Calhoun,
    Mount Pleasant and Mount Vernon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
