coastal and inner waters tonight into Saturday afternoon. Clouds
and fog may be intermittent with sudden drops in visibility.

Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for other vessels. Use radar
or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor
if such equipment is unavailable.
