High pressure conditions dominate the region, with mostly clear skies and relatively light winds, becoming westerly by later in the day up to 11 mph for the slope/valley, and up to 15 mph across the ridgetop. With increasing onshore flow, minimum RH values will be around 13 percent this afternoon, with overnight recovery being relatively weak, and min RH values will be only slightly higher tomorrow at around 17 percent. Transport winds will generally be out of the north this morning, shifting around to the northwest by later in the afternoon and remaining this direction through tomorrow. .TODAY...
